How do I order?

  • Send image or reference number by Whatsapp, Instagram or Facebook, follow our online check-out process or call us.

  • We will confirm receipt of your order & availability

  • If unavailable we will advise on re-stock dates or pre-order options

  • We endeavour to list our products at the best price possible, for that reason we do not offer discounts. We do however have a loyalty & referral scheme please visit out page for details.

  • Please note that the listed price does not include delivery charges and the customers have to pay the courier directly on delivery

How is delivery done ?

  • We will advise you of the delivery charges once you have confirmed delivery address.

  • Please provide clear delivery instructions i.e. physical address, recipient if not yourself, alternative contact numbers and any other information necessary for delivery

  • Our deliveries are handled by an independent company and all charges are fixed.

  • Delivery will be within 24 hours and between 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday

  • We will confirm dispatch and send you the phone number of  delivery person/company

  • Pay the courier the charges upon delivery

How do I make my payment?

  • Payment is strictly by Mpesa to Till No: 647359

  • Payment must be received in full before items are dispatched
